I Updated to 72.0.1 this morning and when I go to the TVguide and facebook pages both report that javasript needs to be enabled. I checked about:config and it is enabled there. I have the identical problem and my homebrew desktop PC and a HP laptop. Win 10 pro and norton 360 on both.

Gekose oplossing

The System Details list shows you have NoScript installed. This extension blocks all JavaScript by default, so you need to check what scripts you need to allow. You also have AdBlock 3.36.0.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows an highlighted shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection

You can check the Web Console what content is blocked.
