in my application we have a login to FB button. when user clicks on it is giving 'FB is not defined error' in incognito mode. when i turn off tracking protection for incognito browser it is working fine

This is likely caused by blocking third-party social media trackers via Tracking Protection. If you have Tracking Protection enabled in all windows then you will have this issue in normal windows as well.

You can check in the Web Console what content Tracking Protection is blocking.
