Hi Lynbgram, glad to see you in Mozilla Support Forum.

As you have stated above that you are downloading Firefox update 59 something. But, the browser has recently released its new update version 76.0.1. so,that's why you got the message that your version is outdated. Try with this link Firefox 76.0.1 .

If it doesn't solved your problem, then feel free to contact us in reply section. Thank you for raising your question in Mozilla Support Forum.

You seem to be on Windows XP according to the System Details list and the latest Firefox version for this platform is Firefox 52.9.0 that you already have, so you are stuck with this outdated version.

If you aren't on Windows XP then make sure you do not run Firefox in compatibility mode. Check that you do not run Firefox in compatibility mode. You can open the Properties of the Firefox desktop shortcut via the right-click context menu and check the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
