Not being able to play 1080p quality on Amazon prime video

more options

a week ago i was able to watch shows on prime video India @ 1080p quality without any issue, i have set the max quality on prime & it used to show 1080 automatically. i have 100Mbps plan. But, now when i try to play the video does not go above HD(720p) it keeps showing HD the whole time. i looked everywhere DRM, html5 and every other possible issue but it didn't solve the problem. i have tried reinstalling FIREFOX, going into the about:config menu, tried Enabling/Disabling ad-ons

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you experiencing the same issue in another browser?

Been using Mozilla for the last 5-6 years. I never use any other browsers as im not comfortable with their UI. But since this happened i tried Chrome, microsoft edge and sadly windows explorer. Everything was same "Stuck on HD". This is not a issue when i play shows or movies on my FIRE TV STICK FULL HD(not the 4k one) they instantly go to 1080p. I dunno what the problem is, i tried in my brother's PC it was also showing the same. I also tried playing different titles even the 4k ones like HANNA & THE BOYS everything remains same in my laptop and other PC
