Need a change Urgent
Hello everyone, can I please ask one thing, why are Firefox's default options so bad?
I just don't think Mozilla really cares about privacy (no offense) and I can give you the fresh evidence.
Wtf does firefox have the default search engine as google? Pathetic.
Firefox doesnt even show searX or swisscows as a damn search engine! Why?
I am unhappy as s*** right now and I am standing up for a change!
STOP GETTING PAID MOZILLA BY GOOGLE. And I thought it was For the people, not the Profit.
please dont fall into the Hideous Google's tricks and be real.
If Im the first to admit this, copy and paste and so everyone will know how google changed everything.

Hello Clam Remo, I really did have the same question before( check my questions in my profile), and I also don't get it. I'm have the same feeling as you have right now and that needs a change..

Gentlemen, what exactly are you accusing Google of ?
Using your search history in order to be able to give you the best search results ?
Why are you so concerned about what Google knows about you ?
The mailman knows your name and address; your supermarket knows what you eat and drink, etc..
People in your neighborhood probably know way more about you than Google ever will.
If you don't want your search engine (or anyone else) to see what sites you visit; just visit those sites in a private window.
As for Firefox getting paid by Google :
Firefox is a free product, but the people who make the browser, need money in order to do so.
They have, just like you and me, bills to pay.
Maybe you'd rather see ads all over each and every page, with no option to disable them ?
The money has to come from somewhere .....
Come on dear people, stop complaining and moaning - if you want your privacy : just browse and search in private browsing mode.
But if you hate Google so much, you don't have to use Google; you can set any search engine you like to be your default search engine.
(and of course you don't have to use any other Google product)
