Hello I am unable to setup my university email provided through gmail. Upon entering my information I receive the message: "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account". Is there any extra step or something I am missing in order to set up an organizational account?

PD: I was able to set up my personal gmail account just fine and was also able to set up both (personal and university) accounts on my previous Ubuntu installation just recently.

University enterprise gmail accounts web login normally involve SSO (shunting the gmail login process through a university supplied process), and often two factor auth, like DUO. But for imap purposes, at least in my university, they supply a google passphrase to use as a password when creating the account in Thunderbird.
