Whenever I do a general search on the internet most websites I get are Spanish ones. How/where do I change that so I only get English-language websites? My version of Firefox is 81.0.2 (64-bits). I reside in Spain.

Google normally offers search results in the local language as found via a reverse DNS lookup. You can check the Google search setting for language and region.
