When trying to open a newly installed version of Thunderbird this message appears. "Your Thunderbird profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." I had previously uninstalled Thunderbird and removed all profiles from an older version used prior to migration to Outlook (which is a horrible email program).

I'm trying to import email into Thunderbird from Outlook and have successfully converted from pst to mbox but now can't open Thunderbird. Help!!

I have learned my lesson and want back in. Please someone respond to this one.
