I had a problem with my laptop and had to do a clean reinstall of Windows.

On re-installing Firefox and signing into my account, I am unable to get my old Firefox data back (bookmarks, passwords, etc). I can see the old "account" in my list of connected devices but no luck with the data.

Please help - I have loads of information in the bookmarks.

Thanks much

Here is what I was told by the Devs...

"This behavior is deliberate - the "synced tabs" feature is for showing tabs that you currently have open on other devices, and is not designed for viewing historical tabs from the current device."

With no backup or way to access that old data.. It's not looking good. Do you have other devices that you've logged into Firefox?
