1. I have one computer and it has Linux and Windows running on it. But Firefox on both systems cannot sync, although I have signed in with the same account.

I dual boot Win7 and openSUSE and the sync works for everything, but the open tabs. see screenshot Are you getting errors? What can you not see in the other OS? Did you check your settings? see screenshot
