Hi, I'm trying to recover an old session with 2k+ tabs, but I only have two recovery files (from today) and one previous.jsonlz4 from a couple of days ago.

Is there anyway to restore from before then, or is the session (and the tabs) completely lost?

Thank you

Did you look at a recent upgrade.jsonlz4 file in the sessionstore-backups folder to see if that is of use ?

You can look at this tool to inspect a compressed sessionstore file.

Probably the only option would be an older copy of sessionstore.jsonlz4. I don't know if Windows stores this file as part of a System Restore point.

You can look at a utility to browse System Restore points.

Thanks so much! That's really helpful, but unfortunately I don't have an upgrade.jsonlz4 file else that would've been ideal.... I also don't have system restore enabled in Windows, argh! :)
