I have several accounts linked to Thunderbird. I have a Sent folder which should show all sent messages from all accounts. Unfortunately, these messages do not show up in this folder. However, when I click the Sent folder for a specific selected account, the messages appear.

I have Thunderbird set up so that it does not download messages locally to my computer for offline browsing (I don't know if it matters).

Please help.

Please explain how you set up the one Sent folder that should show sent messages from multiple accounts? As far as I know, that's not easy especially with IMAP and when you are not downloading to local folders. The Sent folder is set by the remote email server for each account and Thunderbird simply shows what is in those remote folders - which is why you see them in the Sent folder in each specific account.
