After firefox updated to 85.0 and added a new printer interface it will not print. everything else still prints fine and even when going back to the system dialog box it still will not print. It acts like it is going to print but nothing prints. I can save it to PDF and print okay but not to my printer directly.

Now firefox has updated my other ubuntu computer and it too will not print!!!!! Help!

This sounds like it may be related to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1695647

Does the printer show up in the http://localhost:631/printers/ and if so what is its status. If it's "suspended" or "stopped" or similar, can you change its status there?

Or maybe the "Printers" section of the system settings has something that could provide a hint about what's going on or could help get things working again?
