Typed-in "OTHER"; don't know how to solve problem. www.i-say.com member for over 12 years. Now, when I open a i-say survey, it doesn't come to me. I-say tells me FIREFOX won't allow their survey into my computer. I've spent almost 20 hours trying to fix problem (I'm not computer literate). Something happened in FIREFOX during their last upgrade and I don't know how to fix it.. Can someone help me with "very simple" instructions? Thank you/

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
