Firefox blank error window, and does not load anything.

When I open Firefox, I get greeted by a blank screen with an empty window, which I can assume is an error window that did not load. (See first image)

After that, the browser looks like it opened properly, but it will not load anything. Not even about:config, or settings. Nothing. (See second image)

I have tried reinstalling multiple times, restarting my computer, and even checking system files to make sure it is not a problem caused by my OS.

And just like the first time I had this issue. Apparently doing nothing fixes it. I just waited 30 minutes, firefox crashed, and when I opened it again, it was up and running just fine.
