I would like to drag images as attachments, not embedded in-line.

I have tried many search phrases but search engines and the Thunderbird support site has not helped.

Any suggestions are welcomed. My only solution so far is setting messages to non-html or plain text mode.

When you open a Write window, Alt+M to show the Attachment Pane, and then drag files from File Explorer and drop them in the pane.
