Depsite several complete installations and refreshes, this problem has been going on for months. When trying to get onto various sites, such as Cisco, I get the following error: "federated identity.cisco.com" in the top left of the page in plain text and nothing else. In the case of Cisco, this is the page it gets stuck at: https://cloudsso.cisco.com//as/IZKdB/resume/as/authorization.ping?

It's similar to this on other web pages and clearly an authorisation setting somewhere is reinstalling every time I reinstall firefox, causing the problem to repeat, despite removing all cookies and history and other settings.

Can anyone offer a solution?!

Thank you. Jamie
