When i go about:logins, the entire page is blank. If you hit create new login, it will pop up on the left, but not let you edit anything.

Help!

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.

Do you see logins stored in logins.json if you open this file in a Firefox tab ?

Can you use "Create New Login" in Lockwise (about:logins) to add a new login or does this fail ?

If this fails as well then it is possible that there is a problem with the logins.json (encrypted logins) and key4.db (encryption key) files.

FedMcD: Oh, like I said in the header, the passwords still load on the individual pages. So they aren't lost. I just can't VIEW them. They'll update too if I change passwords.

cor-el: Yes, I see logins stored (sort of - they're encrypted) in that file.

I can't add a new login, no. It just sort of freezes for a few minutes. But if I hit the create new login, click on it tons, and leave it alone/freeze for a few minutes, they now show up. Very odd. But if I don't use the create new login, do the clicking thing/freeze, they won't show up at all.

So, now it's trying to figure out what the heck did that/how to stop it!

You should still use the links I posted to create a copy of your passwords.

Are you using a password manager other than what came with the browser?

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

How many logins do you have because if you have a lot of logins saved then it can take some time to populate the Lockwise window. ?

Opening logins.json in a tab should show the logins in the JSON viewer as numbered records.

Safe mode didn't change anything.

I have about 120 logins. Not a crazy amount. It will load if i hit the 'create login' and click it a ton.. Takes about 60 seconds. It won't load unless I hit the create login though.
