I do not believe there is a support number for Mozilla FireFox.

FireFox has some features: Accessibility features in Firefox - Make Firefox and web content work for all users https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/accessibility-features-firefox-make-firefox-and-we

But your OS has others, (like macOS voiceover), and they might be able to provide additional support via phone that might be easier.
