Since you posted in the Firefox for iOS (for iPhone/iPad) section are you asking about Firefox updates on iPhone/iPad or are you really asking about Firefox updates on desktop Firefox for Mac OSX ?

If you are referring to macOS I can move the thread to Firefox section.

According to your Question Details > More system details your User Agent is Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0

So I figure you are referring to desktop Firefox and using it on the old Mac OS X 10.10 (ten.ten)

Besides updating your OS to Mac OS X 10.12 (ten.twelve) or later, the most current Firefox version you can install on mac OS 10.10 is Fx 78.9.0 ESR though it is EOL with no more updates.
