Hi ..... I recently attached a Printer to this new Laptop. I tried using my Wifi Talktalk but a Securesafe setting prevents me printing my emails. I have attached a lead from Laptop to printer so now need to "manually" print off emails. Does this make sense and can you help me PLEASE....!!! Thanks Sally.

Q:What OS are you using? Windows 10. MAC .Linux ? Q:What version of Thunderbird are you using ? Q:What is the make of the printer? eg: HP Office Jet Pro Q:Is the printer set up as the default printer on computer ?

Q: When you do the following what happens: Right click on email and select 'Print ' This should open in same tab and show you the contents of what you want to print. Top right you will see 'Destination' which is the crazy name the developers decided to use and it means 'Choose Printer'. There is a drop down - click on it to locate the name of the printer and select the printer.

Click on 'Print' button
