So I was using Firefox browser with the Firefox private network add on and as I was using it, it stopped working for me. The private network keeps saying offline, and usually when that happens I can still connect via the internet, however, now I can no longer connect. It keeps saying the the "The proxy server is refusing connections". The private network says off, when I try to toggle it on it slides over but doesn't come on, it goes right back into the off position. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as far as I know the proxy settings on our network has not changed. Furthermore, I am not the admin for this computer or network, so any help that doesn't involve admin access would be greatly appreciated.
