This isn't the whole answer, but regarding passwords, this popped up in a web search:

How to import passwords data into Firefox | Avast

After doing the export, you'll notice two headings in the middle of the instructions. You'll need to switch to this one to continue: "Enable password import in Firefox"

There probably is an article on bookmarks, too.
