A few months ago Firefox asked me if I wanted to refresh Firefox. I clicked yes. When I did, it removed my Facebook account that I've had for several years. What happened? Things can go wrong when you 'refresh' Firefox but your Facebook account still exists. You may have lost bookmarks, logins and passwords but the account is still in the Facebook site. Go to the site and try to log in. You will be asked to indicate whether you have forgotten your password. If you answer yes, you should be sent an email asking you to reset it.
