The page isn’t redirecting properly.
Unable to access www.metrobyt-mobile.com with Firefox for Windows but it works fine in other browsers and with Firefox on Android. All I get is a blank white page for about a minute then it says:
The page isn’t redirecting properly An error occurred during a connection to www.metrobyt-mobile.com.

Who are you using for DNS?
I was using my ISP's DNS but I now changed it to the Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 for IPv4 and 2606:4700:4700::1111 & 2606:4700:4700::1001 for IPv6). Same result...
You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.
cor-el: Didn't help, same result.
It's like Firefox isn't able to perform the redirect the site needs. Can someone else go to the website using Firefox for Windows and confirm if they can or cannot get to the website? www.metrobyt-mobile.com

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.
If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.
The images attached are what I got from the Network Monitor and Console but I don't know how this helps me resolves the issue.
You need to click a line in the Network Monitor shown in the screenshot to see the server response including the location redirect header as it looks like the website keeps redirecting to the same https://www.metrobyt-mobile.com page.
The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 302 Found redirect status response code indicates that the resource requested has been temporarily moved to the URL given by the Location header.
Well this sounds to me like an issue for Mozilla/Firefox and/or Metro by T-Mobile's website administrator to resolve but I, as just a customer of Metro, I have no way to contact either. I just have this support website to post the issue on. Can someone, in the know, please report this issue to Firefox because they aren't going to listen to me, even it I did have contact info?
