Work with TSP officials to find out how to address problems within the TSP. Firefox crashes within the TSP and does not have full functionality. Without fixes, users will migrate to other browsers that do work such as Edge and Chrome.

Without a URL or screenshot of the issue anyone reading will not know what is happening here.

The TSP is the Thrift Savings Plan at TSP.GOV. There is nothing to see at the location of the problem. The problem happens when in the TSP, using Firefox, in the plain, no setting changes from the downloaded version of the 107.01 (and likely other earlier versions). When users/participants click on account management links, the site stops functioning for the selected activity. There is nothing to see, the web site page goes blank and absolutely nothing happens. Participants in TSP are unable to manage their financial accounts. Users can still back out to previous pages and view their account but management activities are halted. However, when using the Edge or Chrome browsers, there are not any issues at all. Until this issue with Firefox is corrected, TSP participants are forced to use the noted browsers. Unless one is a TSP participant or technical support staff for TSP or Firefox, it is highly unlikely the problem will be visible to others. It is possible TSP and Firefox technical support staff have already discovered associated bugs or settings in Firefox that are responsible. Any solutions should be quickly shared and implemented.

It would have to be someone working with IT TSP that will have to use Firefox and attempt sign and see what is happening for them to find where the problem could be occurring when logging into the system. Then they can do a bugzilla and the firefox development team whom gets this info can look into it.
