Hi there, I am not sure something changed with TB 102 release, but i could not able to get the contacts synced with Office365 using TbSync anymore.

In my TbSync, it says, contacts are synchrozied. But when i try to compose a new mail , and if i try to enter the email id in To Filed, this is not populating the matches.

earlier this was showing the contacts that was synched with TbSync.

can anyone please help me how to sort this issue ?

Support for TBsync is provided by the author here https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/tbsync/

A quick look at the site and this issue https://github.com/jobisoft/TbSync/issues/627 would indicate your Thunderbird version must be 102.3 at least. I suggest you check that before posting there. The author does appear rather confused by the Linux distributions failure to release current Thunderbird versions in a timely meanner.
