Urgent Request: Activation of :has() Property in Firefox for Critical CSS Functionality
Hello there!
We are a team of web developers working on various major international projects. We have extensively utilized the :has() property in CSS across all our sites. However, we encountered an issue when someone tested it on Firefox, and the entire site broke. After thorough debugging, we discovered that the :has property does not function properly in Firefox. It was revealed that users need to manually adjust their browser settings for it to work, which is impractical for widespread use.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify all our sites since the :has property forms the foundation of our CSS. My question is, when can we expect this feature to be enabled? We kindly request prompt activation of this feature. Given that it constitutes a significant CSS update, staying up to date with it is essential. Please find the attached photo for reference.
Thank you and best regards, Masood Ahmad

Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
