How can I see what cookies have been installed? In "Privacy & Security" | "Cookies and Site Data" I can see the web sites that downloaded cookies and how many, but not what they are.

You can see cookies by visiting a site and opening the Storage Inspector (Shift+F9) but they are often encrypted or difficult to decipher.

You can search the Add-ons website for a cookie manager extension.
