Our IT supporter said that we needed to contact our "e-mail provider" and tell them that since the update happened, then DKIM and CNAME needs to be connected to our email domain before it can work. I have no idea what that is and need help. Kind regards, Amanda

These are what should normally be routine. It hasn't been done by some email providers in the past because the security wasn't as big an issue as it is now. Just do what your IT person advises: tell your email provider of the issue, as they should already know all about it.
