I can't access my Virgin e-mail. I sign in with usual e-mail and password, then click and the link just doesn't work. The same when I ry to access my Virgin account details. Sign in and the links just don't work. It was fine yesterday, but there has been another Mozilla 'Update' which has 'Broken' the Virgin site! Can I roll back to the previous version of Firefox? There does seem to be an awful lot of updates; every few days it sems. Why?

Google's reCAPTCHA technology appears to be having technical difficulties with Firefox on Windows currently. You should be able to get it working by installing the User-Agent Switcher extension and changing the OS value from "Windows" to "Linux".

I don't understand why I should have to do something like this and anyway, I'll probably cause more problems for myself in the end by fiddling around with my browser like this. It's just something else to update too. I got my Virgin e-mail working by using the hated Edge instead; a bit of a faff just to access my (what is now only a back-up to my Google e-mail) Virgin account, but there you are. Anyway, it's all academic now because I've just discovered that the problem in Mozilla seems to have been fixed, as I can now access Virgin in my Firefox browser again. Makes me wonder if it's worth continuing to install the now numerous updates that Mozilla seems to have these days. Still thank you zeroknight for replying and trying to help. 😊

Hi

Just a quick update to let you know that Google has fixed the issue and you should find that it works now.

Thank you.

This recaptcha issue had nothing to do with any Firefox version including the recent Fx 125.03 released back on April 29. The posts about the recaptcha issue only occurred in the last 1 1/2 days here.

It was an issue that Google did with a recaptcha script that only affected Windows Firefox users but not those using Firefox with macOS and Linux Firefox useragents.
