Pull to refresh no longer working when navigation toolbar is disabled
I have disabled navigation toolbar as soon as it was turned on, as it wastes a significant amount of screen height to expose controls I need rarely enough I prefer them in the menu. Suddenly, pull to refresh has stopped working, unless I go and turn navigation toolbar back on in secret settings, which is frustrating, as I need it more without navigation toolbar and might in theory need it less if I was inclined to use navigation toolbar. Screenshots of corresponding settings pages, but I can't show a gesture not working in a screenshot.

Never mind, I had been making mistakes: namely, the only time I had pulled down from far enough up on the screen before I just accidentally got it a second time and replicated was one time when I had turned Navigation Toolbar back on, but no, I was just pulling down from too low. Was that adjusted or something, then? It feels like a much smaller range, awkwardly small on my device, hence me never hitting it with the natural gesture I kept using. Edit, because at least I can edit this: okay, after posting this reply, this page I couldn't pull to refresh wherever I tried, but could get other tabs to refresh, though still also only from higher from what I feel like I expect. Maybe two things?
