I send photos from android phone via Gmail to my desktop Email. Recently, photos are jpeg but have black border top and bottom with icons for various actions. I've read I need to change the zoom ratios to correct, but have no idea how to do that. HELP! Uploaded image is upside down with no black borders!! When viewed on desktop, the photo is right side up with the black borders.

How is this a browser issue? Why are you emailing photos when you can just sync or backup with google photos?

The pictures do not have black borders on my phone and since I'm not computer savvy, I don't know how to get the photos to my desktop other than EM. This is a new issue for me, and I assume it is between the android phone and the desk top.
