Step 1 suggestion - no problem ("Clear Cache") - followed instructions. Step 2 "Remove Cookies" and Step 3 "Start Firefox in Safe Mode" - Sorry could not complete. I am not technical - approaching my 80th year - these steps I could not understand.

Is there no way I could talk with someone who could guide me thru these steps?

I like the "Today" tab and the information I received from it. Now it will not load. Have no clue what caused this problem nor how to get the loaning back. PLEASE - help this old man. Below ask for a ":Screen Shot": - no clue what is being asked for. Thanks Dan Michalowski aradia@frontiernet.net
