I have been using Firefox 3.0.19 version. I have updated it to 3.6.3. Everything went right on installation. When i opened Firefox, i couldn't open any new tabs, close the opened tabs. Once i tried to change the settings but the settings windows was empty. And I am using All-in-one Sidebar extension. When i click to open the sidebar, it stays still, does anything. This happened everytime, after i updated my Firefox to versions 3.5.x or 3.6.x. Is that a problem with Windows 7. Or is it just happened to me? Because of these problems i can not update my Firefox to newer versions.

This happened

Not sure how often

Make sure you update your extensions. Tools > Add-ons > Extensions, and click "Find Updates".

After that, update Firefox to the latest version, and if the problem occurs, try starting in Firefox Safe Mode. If the problem does not occur in Safe Mode, then you can disable your extensions one-by-one until you find out which one is causing the problem.
