after updating to 3.6.6 (i think) when i go into youtube n try to watch video video is slow / lagging / and when i check my CPU in windows task manager it says it takes about 70~99%

is this normal or just my FF? how can i fix this?

I'm using slackware and plugin-container pretty often goes to 99%; when viewed in top. Sometimes the process Zombies after firefox is shutdown and I have to manually kill it. I'm using a more up to date Firefox 3.6.17 and the problem is still present.
