how do I get my personal site to show its ownership information? I registered it using GoDaddy and filled in the ownership information, but it doesnt show up. Is this because I masked it?

I am a troop webmaster for my boy scout troop. How do I get my site to show its ownership information when its masked? I registered the information about it using GoDaddy.com where I bought the domain from, but it doesn't show up. The site itself is made on a snappages.com site which won't allow a custom domain unless you pay money, so I masked it to use my domain name: troop206mn.org. Is this why it doesn't show the information about my site?

See this for information about the Site Identity button in Firefox. https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Site+Identity+Button

Identity information really only applies to secure websites.

Basically, if you don't want to spend a little money on site hosting for a community service organization website like that, you're not going to want to spend a whole lot of money on a site verification certificate.
