Did you create a new Profile and install only the Web Developer extension, as Chris recommended?

Like the-edmeister and the forum suggested, you might try creating a new profile and installing only the web developer extension. I'm not seeing the errors that you see. The first page validates both html and css. The second page has 6 errors and 1 warning on html validation and the css validates.

Hi! I created a new profil this morning and added addons one by one, trying to see which caused the error. So far the error is gone. While adding addons I carefully looked after updated/better alternatives. I beleive I have the addons I need as webdesigner, at the moment, and since the error is gone I stop at this point. The validation errors you kindly mentioned for the second site I have removed. At that site I presently have a javascript error, which I will take care of.

Thank you so much for your kind and swift support

Sara
