very simply, when I use the pull down tab to view my browsing history, there is no history shown, and I know I have history from today, and more than that, I probably have a month's worth of browsing that I would like to access.

Can you see your History in the "Library" window?

--- Also, your UserAgent string in Firefox is messed up by another program that you installed - Comcast software. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Agent

type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page. Filter = general.useragent.extra.firefox Right-click that preference and select Reset Then restart Firefox

Also - 2, You have a number of outdated Plugins that can affect your security online. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
