I go to college online and I have a pop up window to get into my class, but when firefox opens the window it's blank. How can I fix this problem, I really need to get into my classes?

Also, it's not just my school web page that doesn't allow the pop up windows. I can't even get the live chat help through this site because the window won't come up. It's always a blank page, nothing on it. PLEASE HELP!!!

Okay, I got it working. I disabled some of my add-on programs and it started working. Thanks anyways everyone.
