Want to update plug-ins as I've been getting script errors, usually involving chrome and what may be java script, advisories of virtual memory being too small, etc. Nurse indicates some "Up to date" in green box. What are the names of the plugins that show up as "Research" on the Mozilla Plugin Check page?

For example, I only have one like that, Microsoft® Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin np-mswmp ... and the Research button lists a Microsoft page as the first link.
