I'm using Firefox 3.6.8 to access MSN web messenger via http://home.live.com. However, when logging into the MSN web messenger, it always shows "Messenger isn't available now." I attempted to clear all cache and cookies but to no avail. When using IE to login, there is no issue accessing MSN web messenger.

Hi there,

Does this problem still occur when running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode?

I'm having this same issue too. I have tried opening Firefox in Safe Mode and that did not work.
