The download window is not opening when I download Adobe files - it used to.

I have checked that it is set to open and I have changed Adobe files to save and not open in Firefox in the apps tab too - no joy.

It was fine the other day and the download window always opened for pdf files.

The download window has just stopped opening and I have changed nothing that I know of?

The download window opens fine when downloading Word documents.

Any ideas please?

I have sorted it. I played about with the apps window and found that PDF files were listed seperately to other adobe types in the list.

With a bit of trial and error, I discovered that by setting the download window to open and save file in c:users/user/downloads, along with setting PDF files to 'always ask' in the apps tab - it worked again.

Still don't know how it managed to change itself in the first place though!
