Some bookmarks have a blank icon, I wish to edit and make a new icon

When I drag bookmarks to a folder, some, I repeat SOME come with a blank page for an icon and some come with picture icons. I wish to change these blank page icons to a relevant picture icon.

I alter the title to something meaningful by editing the properties box but I can't find a place to edit the icon.
