Neither Firefox nor Internet Explorer can open up the website applytexas.org. I need to access this website to apply to colleges. What can I do?

Both Firefox and Explorer opened the Texas Tech website which had a link leading to the applytexas website. When I clicked on the link, neither browser succeeded in opening it. I then tried to open the website without clicking on the link but instead going straight to the website. This failed as well.

I already upgraded my flash player earlier today. It hasn't made any difference. But thanks for the suggestion.
