I have gone into tools-content to allow pop-ups from a particular website where I am one of the administrators. The pop ups occur in the editing function. Firefox allows the popups for a time (or maybe it has to do with the number) and then starts blocking them. Once I reboot my laptop, firefox allows the popups again, but once again, after a period, it reverts to blocking them.
