foxtab topsites replaces all open tabs, requires FF3.6 restart

I have Foxtab set to display my topsites (favourite bookmarks) on new tabs, but when it does and I return to previously opened tabs, the webpage is replaced by Foxtab topsites, I can no longer access the page. The only way to recover is to restart FF every time, which is annoying.

Additionally, if I put FF to fullscreen, Foxtabs draws black lines across the topsites display.

I've tried uninstalling Foxtab and reinstalling again, but the problem persists.

If the Foxtab extension isn't working properly then you need to uninstall it and contact the developer of that extension.

Thanks, I tried that already. No reply, no support forum either.
