Firefox 3.6.14 and previous versions have trouble showing the choices in the upper right at this page:- < https://ilsweb.lvccld.org/patroninfo~S12>. The browser window has to be very wide to see it at all.

That's a problem with that page's coding in browsers other then IE. Same thing happens in Safari, Opera and Firefox for me.

With the page at 1024px width those upper-right corner hyperlinks don't appear, but when I maximize the browser window to full 1280px width they appear. That problem is either related to the window not being maximized, or with the window being smaller than a certain width between 1024 and 1280 pixels.

That (floating) content gets hidden under the nav bar (#main-nav) that is positioned absolutely, so you do not see it anymore. It appears below that bar if you make the window very small (500px).
