Upgraded to FF 3.6.15 on 6/3/11. Using with no problems untill yesterday. All of a sudden ctrl +n has stopped working. Cant think why , no windows updates , no programes installed or uninstalled. All other shortcuts appear to work.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
