i having trouble with aol timing out while i respond to emails. I've tried three time with aol support.they have narrowed the problem to firefox as not accepting the session setting times enter for the aolmail. I selected firefox..RUN then entered CMD:download-safe-mode..........the response was windows cannot find the safe mode.....AOL suggested i remove firefox and then re-install it...

Make sure that you use -save-mode with a hyphen on font.
